I am Dorotea, an enthusiast of movement in all its forms and shapes.
Movement has always been part of my life. Years of dancing led me to yoga, which I have been teaching for 10 years, and finally to Pilates.
I discovered Pilates during pregnancy to help me with some chronic pain and fell in love with it. My method is based on science and, in my classes, students are always encouraged to explore their bodies and feel what movement does for them.
But the most important thing is to have fun while moving our bodies!
